Eslam is a learning and education entrepreneur, speaker, and advisor working at the intersection of Learning & Development, EdTech, AI, and entrepreneurship. He is the Founder of LearnKhana and brings experience spanning commercial roles, corporate learning, global learning leadership, and building education businesses across Egypt and the Gulf. Eslam holds an M.S.Ed. in Education Entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania and is a CPTD. His current work explores how AI is reshaping L&D and the shift from the traditional content provider toward the role of the “Learning Architect.”
