With a background spanning the BPO industry, business development, a managerial post at the UN, and 16 years in training, Moe has dedicated his career to youth empowerment and development through training programs and applied workshops. As a human development consultant, he has delivered sessions, workshops, and seminars to over 50,000 trainees, from university students to the top management of governmental institutions and corporates. He specializes in designing synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for organizations regionally and internationally, using microlearning, AR, e-learning, and gamification. He is passionate about blending L&D, gamification, and performance management into cohesive, productive learning.
